“ Update: The manager contacted me ASAP wanting to make things right. I honestly just wanted them to be aware of the situation and provide their guest with fresh, hot food! My mom wanted to give them another opportunity since this location is closer to her home. They didn't disappoint at all! The food was fresh and delicious! They fixed their mistake and made it right! Mom will definitely keep going back! This location always FAILS me! My fries were hard and old. My sons gravy was jello and old. Horrible way to spend my hard earned money. I'll definitely continue driving to 21 for food. Nasty! Yall should be ashamed serving old fries and gravy! My burger was so dry on the side and burnt! ”
“ I'm a bus driver for Hearne ISD, and I wanted to commend the crew at your restaurant last night, Sep 12, 2025. We were at a football game and placed an order for just under 20 cheerleaders and coaches. We ended up being late to pick up our order, because our bus was hemmed in by other vehicles in the parking lot. They were already closed and they waited on us. Our order was organized, and neatly packaged with each persons name written on their order. Thanks again, Wings N More on W Villa Maria. ”

“ I loved this place. Mostly for the OUTSTANDING customer service! These people were amazing. There was a line all the way out to the road in the drive-through, and there were at least 2 employees out there taking orders in the heat. 6 PM on a Friday, and we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out. I'm still in shock at how good these people are at their jobs! I got the Chipotle honey mustard boneless wings, and they were great! The cheese curds were delicious as well. Very, very impressed with this place overall and will ABSOLUTELY be back soon. ”
